Firm Partner experienced in coverage, program risk management, and litigation in the areas of sport and entertainment liability (including family fun centers, trampoline parks, water parks, amusement parks, motorsports, casinos and gaming, endurance events, music, film, and touring); professional liability (including lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers, property managers and other real estate professionals, safety professionals); employment liability; complex coverage litigation; asbestos/pollution/health hazard long-tail claim management and related coverage litigation; directors & officers; and property. Serves as panel defense counsel for international and domestic insurers and insureds, especially in the sport and entertainment field. Also provides outside general and claims counsel services for national insurance brokerage clients.
